As a Tri-fold Partner with Extreme Family Outreach I am agreeing to help reach the at-risk children in the Harford County communities with a positive message of vision and hope that creates a future that is different than what their past indicates is possible.

For more information, contact our office at 410-676-1212 or email us at Debbie@extremefamilyoutreach.com.

You will help support one full year of the Extreme After-School Program which consist of two nine week semesters, one in the Spring (April - June) and one in the Fall (August - October). As funds and donations are available we will also offer a “Back to School” Bash (giving back packs and school supplies to each child), our Holiday of Hope in November and December (complete Thanksgiving dinners for each child’s family and a Christmas party with gifts for each child and their siblings), and our “Warm Hands…Warm Hearts” project throughout the months of January and February; visiting the children, giving hats, gloves, scarves, love and smiles.

The Extreme After-School program consist of:

  • Recreation & Attendance
  • Opening & Action Songs
  • Lesson Introduction
  • Group Game
  • Character Building Lesson
  • Character Building Object Lesson 1
  • Character Building Object Lesson 2
  • Announcements & Prize Give Away

The Character Building lessons will consist of teaching life lessons, the importance of education and the promotion of positive social skills. Each session ends with prizes, a snack
and a bag of groceries.

This partnership allows an organization to contribute one-third of the cost of a Extreme After-School program site. One third of the cost will be covered by Extreme Family Outreach and the other third will be covered by another organization.

The costs are modest and the results are life-long.
