Steven Gambrill Sr.: President
Steven Gambrill Sr. along with his wife Marlyn are the founders of Extreme Family Outreach.  Steve had a burden to mentor and teach children in the at-risk areas of Edgewood/Rt 40 corridor; he wanted to impart good morals, establish relationships with children that had no support system and instruct them in living a healthy, drug and alcohol free live. Steve has 28 years of community service and has been a Children's Evangelist for the past 15 years; he is ordained through the Evangel Association  of Churches and Ministries.   He is also the owner of Extreme Family Entertainment providing magicians, clowns, face painters and more for corporate, private, civic and educational venues. Steve is an award winning balloon artist, accomplished Magician and Ventriloquist. 
Steve's desire is to use his abilities and talent that he has developed over the years to capture the imagination of children and teen, teaching them the foundational principles to ensure positive futures, and teaching them that they have a purpose.

Jonita Shoaff: Vice - President
Jonita D. Shoaff holds a Master Degree from Lincoln Christian University and is a graduate of Harford Leadership Academy.  A member of Mountain Christian Church, she facilitates a healing course called Divorce Care.  She is a member of the Harford County Commission for Women and an Ambassador for Harford Leadership Academy.  As a member of Toastmasters International, she holds the highest designation: Distinguished Toastmaster.  Jonita is a Job Developer for Susquehanna Workforce Network where she works with families receiving Temporary Cash Assistance.  Jonita says, "At A non-profit meeting a few years ago, the Lt. Governor said a word to the faith-based organizations. 'We can work on surface behaviors, but you work on the heart and minds.'  he had it right and that is why I want to support Extreme Family Outreach.  Their work changes heart and minds".

 

   Michelle Gostomski: Treasurer
Michelle Gostomski is a Senior Staff Accountant at Gorfine, Schiller & Gardyn, P.A., Certified Public Accountants and Business Consultants, in Owings Mills, MD.  It is here that she performs all aspects of accounting work for a variety of industries from Auditing to taxes to bookkeeping and payroll.

Michelle is a member of Riverside Community Church, where she serves as a Children's Church teacher once per month.

Michelle has been a fan of Extreme Family Outreach for several years.  She brings not only her knowledge and experience of finances and accounting, but also her love and passion for our ministry and the children we serve.  

Frank Wilhelm: Secretary
Frank Wilhelm has been a resident of Edgewood for over 19 years and has been employed by Giant Food Inc. in the Department of Transportation for 21 years.  Frank is also the business owner of RW Properties, LLC.  Frank is very active in the Edgewood Community through his involvement at Extreme Family Outreach.  He has been one of the lead teacher for the Extreme After-School program for the past four years.  As an Exhorter in the Church of God he is active in preaching, teaching, counseling, and meeting the needs of the Edgewood Community.
Frank is honored to serve on the board of Extreme Family Outreach and looks to reaching and teaching many children and families as this Outreach continues to expand throughout Harford County.  

 Yvonne Bennett: Board Member
Yvonne Bennett has been a resident of Edgewood for over 18 years and an active volunteer of our Extreme After-School program.  She became interested in the Extreme Family Outreach when she heard about it at a Town Council meeting.  Wanting to witness first hand the After-School program, Yvonne and her grand daughter attended the Harford Commons Site and was amazed at the powerful impact Extreme Family Outreach makes in the communities of Edgewood, she quickly became an active supporter.
Yvonne is the Executive Assistant at "A to Z Environmental Group" in Baltimore Maryland for 9 years. She is a strong activist for Edgewood and commits her spare time improving the Edgewood community.
She is on the Edgewood Town Council, she helped launch the Living Free Recovery Group, she is apart of "The ARC" adopt program and the "Under the Bridge" Ministry in Baltimore that feeds and clothes the homeless.  She was also involved in the SARC companion program.  Yvonne serves her community every month at the "Second Saturday Serve" program through Mountain Christian Church and she is an active
member of Connection Community Church, where she is currently helping to launch a "Recovery Program".
Yvonne says, "I have been changed, now I want to help change" and "I have been blessed, now I want to be a blessing".
